I’ve been thinking a lot about how I show up in your inbox.
Not the topics.
The way I’m writing about them.
For the past few years, I’ve shared a lot of practical guidance, tools, strategies, and frameworks to help you lead more effectively.
That’s not going away.
But I’ve realized something.
Most of the challenges nonprofit leaders face aren’t actually about knowing what to do.
They’re about how we think, decide, and show up under pressure.
So I’m making a shift.
I’m bringing something forward called theReset.
It’s not a typical blog.
It’s not focused on tactics.
It’s about the patterns I see over and over again inside organizations
and inside leaders.
Where things get stuck.
Where we default.
Where what used to work… stops working.
Every other week, I’ll share a short piece that:
- names a pattern
- challenges how we’re thinking
- and offers a different way to look at it
You’ll still get tools.
You’ll still get resources.
But they’ll be anchored in something deeper.
Next week’s piece is the first in this new direction:
Your Strength is the Problem.
If it resonates, I’d genuinely like to hear from you.
Where do you see this showing up right now?
More to come.
